nudiskin.com has made every reasonable effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products that appear on the Site. However, the actual colors you see will depend on a number of factors including the monitor that you use and the settings on the monitor. nudiskin.com does not guarantee that the display of any color will be accurate. NudiSkin offers samples on all products where color is of significant impact to the usability of the product. As we are certain you will understand, we may not provide a refund or an exchange if the products have been opened or used unless such products are defective. Please read our Privacy Policy for more information about our information collection and use practices.

In order to return merchandise, an RMA number must be obtained, to obtain an RMA number please contact us through our contact page. 

Returns must be in their original condition, including original packaging and packing slip within 30 days of receipt. A refund will be issued less any shipping/gift wrapping charges.

Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee if:
   Merchandise is returned without an RMA number
   Merchandise is returned after 30 days
   Merchandise is not returned in its original, manufacturers condition

Shipping costs incurred to return the product to us will not be refunded.



We require the following information to process your return. (If this information is not included, we will be unable to process your return.)

  • RMA number
  • Full name and address
  • Phone number
  • E-mail address
  • Packing slip
  • Original Order Confirmation Number
  • Your reason for returning the merchandise

 

All returns must be shipped back to NudiSkin using a traceable courier. (UPS, FedEx, USPS Delivery Confirmation)

Any package that has not been received by NudiSkin and is untraceable,will be the sole responsibility of the shipper.

**Please allow up to 14 business days to process your return or exchange.

Damaged Merchandise:
Please contact our customer service department for an RMA. Upon receipt of the damaged merchandise a refund will be issued and an email confirmation with the total amount credited will be sent.

Undeliverable Packages:
If your package is returned to NudiSkin marked as "refused", "unclaimed", or "undeliverable" and not as a result of any actions, or errors on behalf of NudiSkin, customer will be responsible for reshipping charges or a refund will be issued for the merchandise only. Shipping charges are non refundable.
 

Cancel Your Order

Since we use automated order processing and warehouse systems, we are unable to cancel or modify your order once it has been submitted. If you have any other questions, please contact us.

Claims

You must notify us within 14 days from the date of your order if you have not received your package.
